Clinical Expertise
Extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary intervention, valvular heart disease, and cardiomyopathy. Skilled in coronary intervention, pacemaker implantation, 3D echocardiography, speckle tracking, and related techniques. In 2010, was one of the first experts in Asia to perform transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI).
Research & Achievements
Research expertise includes clinical big data, artificial intelligence, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, novel cardiac imaging techniques, diabetes, and related fields. Recipient of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, The University of Hong Kong "Outstanding Research Award for Faculty", Shenzhen Distinguished Expert (Class B), "Nanyue Good Doctor" title, and the 2022 OCC Oriental Rising Star Award. Participated in the development of multiple international guidelines/consensus statements, and received multiple international awards.
